Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 4 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 4, you will be part of the executive support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to new tools, which will align successfully with the team’s objectives.

Location: Redmond, WA(ONSITE)

 

What's the Job?

  • Manage calendars for multiple executives, including a VP, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management.
  • Open purchase orders and handle related administrative tasks to support executive operations.
  • Oversee the management of a secure space, including responsibility for temporary badges and access logistics.
  • Support executives in adapting to new internal tools and systems, enhancing overall productivity.
  • Coordinate onsite operations at the Red West C location, ensuring a seamless workflow.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing calendars for multiple executives.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with Familiarity with Employee Central (replacing Hedge) is needed.
  • Strong familiarity with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Experience or understanding of AI tools as they relate to administrative functions.
