A skilled nursing facility is looking for a qualified Activities Director to join their ever-growing team.

Job Description

Planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that an ongoing program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Bilingual Spanish preferred
3. Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered treatment and care.
4. Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
5. Compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and Federal Residents Rights.
6. 2-5 years experience in Activities Department in a Skilled Nursing Facility
