We are currently hiring for:  Accounts Receivable Manager

The Accounts Receivable Manager will lead our accounts receivable department. As part of the team, you will oversee the overall invoicing, collection, and cash application activities and timely management of all AR aging components. The Accounts Receivable Manager will also maintain and improve sustained cash flow through diligent and aggressive monitoring of our customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the full cycle of the accounts receivable process.

· Oversee accounts receivable staff.

· Assigning tasks to the accounts receivable team in agreement with the accounting department goals.

· Streamline processes to increase organizational efficiency.

· Overseeing timely collection of payments.

· Monitoring invoicing procedures.

· Performing credit checks.

· Interacting with customers.

· Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures follow legal regulations.

· Identify and reconcile discrepancies.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor position.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Excellent mathematical skills.

· Strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency with standard accounting and administrative software, such as Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent time and project management skills.

· Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
