Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, seasoned bookkeeper to join our team. Responsibilities Payroll Processing (Intuit, Gusto, ADP); invoice entry; Sales Tax reporting; Worker's Comp reporting; 401k reporting; email monitoring; financial statement review; tax data entry; document processing Hours are 9am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday Requirements Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must Minimum 10 years experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Proven experience with general ledger reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation Strong understanding of financial statements, tax regulations and payroll processing Knowledge of debits, credits, and other technical accounting principles Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to multi-task Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate: Candidates will start out at $35/hour Additional Compensation: 40 hours of paid sick time, 40 hours of paid vacation time, and 10 paid holidays per year To Apply Please provide a cover letter pertinent to this position and acknowledge the required working hours Resumes submitted without cover letters will not be considered Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite Consulting LA, Inc.
