Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Law Clerk to join our team at our Walnut Creek office (onsite). The ideal candidate will support attorneys with a range of legal research, writing, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and correspondence.
• Assist with case preparation and file management.
• Attend client meetings and court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Perform administrative duties to support the legal team.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
